Merci beacoup a l'équipe J-STAY ils sont hyper arrangeant et parle super bien anglais, petit mot pour Onzaki-san le concierge qui est d'une gentillesse incroyable. J'y ai passé 4 mois c'était top !

The air conditioning is not strong enough to cool and dry the room properly. The bed needs a thicker mattress.

I felt good in the apartmant. It had everything I needed during my stay. It was a bit far from the city center, but the calm, quiet neighborhood more than made up for it. I really liked the proximity to nature. If I ever visit Kyoto again, I would like to stay here again.

Getting accommodation on a low budget is difficult in Japan. Height Sanpo was not very comfortable to live in however the location is good?” And its a decent place to live in for a short period of time.

古い建物ながら、毎朝外回りを掃除してくださり、きれいでした。

部屋は湿気がこもってしまうようで、壁にカビが生える事があり、月に1度くらいは壁を拭いていました。

建物の横に白川通り、そして近くを叡山電鉄が走っているので、住む前は騒音が気がかりでしたが、済んでみると案外気になりませんでした。

立地的には、電車利用の点では少々不便もあるかもしれませんが、自転車があれば問題ありません。バスも便利でした。

何はともあれ、家具付き・光熱費込みでこの安さは有り難かったです。

たまにしか見なかったけどテレビの映りが悪かったことが気になったくらいでした
