The room has been occupied. You cannot reserve the room, but you are enable to send a waiting list request form.
Available from Month Day, Year
The room has been occupied. You can move in after the available date. The rent will start on your move-in date or the 7th day after becoming the room available.
[Case 1] The status says "Available from Aug 10, 2019". The room will be available from Aug 10, 2019. Moving in on Aug 14, 2019 means the rent will start on Aug 14, 2019.
[Case 2] The status says "Available from Aug 10, 2019". Moving in on Dec 20, 2019 means the rent will start on Aug 17, 2019 (the 7th day from Aug 10, 2019).
In this case you have to pay for 3 days rent even though you are not staying yet.
Available now
The room is vacant. You can move in anytime. The rent will start on your move-in date or the 7th day after reserving the room.
Under request
The other customer has already made a waiting list request. The customer will be given pripority when the room becomes available. Please send a waiting list request form if you wish to reserve a room.

Share a room with a roommate, and some common spaces
