You will find ROOMS table shown as below on each house page. The status (in the red rectangle) shows the room status for the next four weeks. Please send a waiting list request form if you wish to reserve more than four weeks ahead.
① Available now
The room is vacant. You can move in anytime. However, the rent will start on the 7th day from the reservation date, even if you wish to move in more than 7 days ahead of the available date.
(e.g.)
-Reserve the room on 15 May, moving in on 20 May means the rent will start on 20 May.
-Reserve the room on 15 May, moving in on 26 May means the rent will start on 22 May (the 7th day from 15 May).
② Available from DD/MM/YEAR
The room has been occupied. You can move in after the available date. However the rent will start on the 7th day from the available date, even if you wish to move in more than 7 days ahead of the available date.
(e.g.)
-Reserve the room on 15 May, moving in on 20 May means the rent will start on 20 May.
-Reserve the room on 15 May, moving in on 1 June means the rent will start on 27 May (the 7th day from 20 May).
③ Not available
The room has been occupied. You cannot reserve the room, but you are enable to send a waiting list request form.
