STAY DORM AND SAVE MONEY

Here is a list of our houses with dormitory-type rooms. Since it is a shared room, keeping privacy is more difficult, however, you can save up your money.

As you know, with J-STAY, there is no deposit, key money, or brokerage fee. The only fees required to move in are a 30,000 yen deposit (29,000 yen refunded when moveing out) and one month's rent.

The shared areas are equipped with furniture, home appliances, and high-speed WiFi, so you can start a new life from the day you move in.
