If the total of one or both of the utility bills exceed the upper limit, the excess will be added on the rent of the next month or will be charged on the move-out date. However, the utility bills are only calculated for the whole of Nick Guest House. Thus the excess will be divided by the number of the tenants and calculated according to the term of one’s stay. | |||
